How it works

Choose your gown
Pick a gown from our collection, send us its code, or design your own. Any gown can be tailored into a modest version.

Video consultation
We meet on a video call to talk through the design, fabric and any changes, and to answer your questions.

Your measurements
Take your measurements yourself or with a tailor, following our guide and international standards, and send them to us. Your gown is made to the figures you send, so accuracy matters: responsibility for the measurements rests with you.

Deposit and production
A 10% deposit by bank transfer confirms your order. Gowns in stock are dispatched within about a week once the shipping fee has reached us. Made-to-measure gowns take around two weeks to a month, depending on the work involved.

We choose the most suitable carrier for your country, and your advisor keeps you informed until your gown arrives.

When you visit us in Türkiye, every fitting takes place in a private room with an all-female team. For larger orders, we go further.
Orders of $5,000 and above
- Private appointments outside opening hours

Can I order without visiting Türkiye?
Yes. Many of our brides never visit: we work together over WhatsApp and video calls, and your gown is made to the measurements you send.
How do I take my measurements?
Your advisor sends you our measurement guide. You can measure yourself or work with a tailor; please follow the guide carefully, as the gown is made to your figures.
Can any gown be made modest?
Yes. Every gown in our collection can be tailored into a modest version with a closed neckline and long sleeves.
How long does it take?
